We basically spinal taped one of the main backbones of the Internet this weekend in our new office:

And that's with a 10/100 bottleneck at the connection point (we're planning phasing that out soon).

Nice, yeah we're torn up Hudson Street to connect to a Datacenter across the street, which is lined up with FLAG Telcom. Our home DC is about 8 blocks up on Hudson.

Next step is to get equipment into a DC in Jersey.

Oh and RB, when get out one of our client spec'ed ESX boxes out the door, I'll see if I can sneak a VM in there for QW. It wouldn't take that much resource.

That'd be hawt. I imagine most people on broadband in the US, Canada, and even Western Europe would ping under 100ms to your network.
