Congrats. I should be getting one of those for Canada pretty soon. Sent my application off about three weeks ago. Of course I will also keep my U.S. citizenship.

BTW, here is the extent of my written English examination, "Please write down the following sentence, 'the children would like a television'". The interviewer was a little sheepish about asking but said she had to.

I know, Spike TV used to show it early in the day (when I was in College, I was able to catch half of the show). But damn I miss that show.

I just got my Green Card last year, so it'll be a while until I apply for naturalization (if I end up going that route at all).

I know what a bitch all the various visas and forms and interviews and all were for me to get through, and I assume you've been through it all and more. So, good job! :-)

Yeah, a ton of forms and a bunch of cash and a few interviews and multiple trips to be fingerprinted and FBI background checks. Most of it's transparent and just takes time but I'll be glad when it's all over.
