You would be surprised at how little practice it takes. I'm up to my elbow right now and you wouldn't know it.

I actually know ppl that just learned to copy and paste. Some of my co-workers just got pc's. Most of us just had terminals before. I have become their tech support. These are women that have hardly ever used a pc before. It sometimes gets frustrating. They are amazed at the fact they can have more than one window open at a time.

My mother-in-law didn't know about copy 'n paste. She was (still is really) one of those people that forwards forwards that have been forwarded 10 times already so that you have to open up e-mail within e-mail, etc. I usually just delete them.
