Size: 309 KBThis item updates the Bookshelf Symbol 7 font included in some Microsoft products. The font has been found to contain unacceptable symbols. After you install this item, you may have to restart your computer. I checked the old Bookshelf font and it does contain a swastica so I wonder if that's what they are trying to get rid of.
Is that really critical to my system's security though? Makes you wonder if M$ is abusing this update thing in other ways too... -------------------- I am.

Which direction was the Swastika? The backwards one is the evil one. The not evil one is used actually used as a symbol for a hospital in some countries. I think it has other meanings as well.Man, that was hard not to Godwin. -------------------- “I have noticed even people who claim everything is predestined, and that we can do nothing to change it, look before they cross the road.” “Intelligence is the ability to adapt to change.” --Dr. Stephen Hawking.

Did a bit of checking, the evil swastika has the arms bent to the right, whereas the not evil one has the arms bent left.Apparently the word is Sanskrit. The not evil symbol is used to represent Buddha's heart as well as being the chinese symbol for longevity and the number ten thousand. -------------------- “I have noticed even people who claim everything is predestined, and that we can do nothing to change it, look before they cross the road.” “Intelligence is the ability to adapt to change.” --Dr. Stephen Hawking.
