Hard hitting news by fox.

What does it matter? The point of that segment was to prove how much of an idiot asshole this guy was by both sides of the political spectrum. Scam or not, he's a heartless bastard.

That guy is stupid.

Sean Hannity is also a stupid dick and I find it hard to hear anything he says.

pwnt

That's pretty funny.

And about the only entertaining thing on Fox News. Too bad that reporter is also a complete dick. It would have been funnier if he kept his objectivity.

Crook got owned only because he defended himself very poorly. But even then, I wouldn't call it "owned."

The Fox guy's arguments were largely incorrect, unsupported, and irrelevant. Free speech is a fundamental, not a gift (see the Declaration of Independence). Crook being an idiot has nothing to do with the validity of his position, yet the Fox guy pushed that point pretty hard - as we say on forums, "attack the post, not the poster."

Both of them had very poor argumentation skills. They should be on Jerry Springer, not Fox News. I would say they both owned themselves.

(sorry for the slight necromancy)

His arguement was based around the idea that the soldiers are protecting the Declaration and make said liberties a gift (fundamental to our soceity, but it really is a gift that could be taken away). I get what you're saying, but I can also see where he is going with the thought process.

At least thats what my PoliSci teacher would say.

But do the existance of a very pro-active (sorry for the buzz word there) military make America a target? There is definitely a fallacy occuring there to link what the military is doing to force freedom on people than what the military had done to free the US from Britian, and possibility swing shit to a palable end to WW2. America struggled long and hard to gain independance, but the Middle East can't be expected to change in such a degree in four years when even the American elections don't fair so well.
Sure we can laugh that the N Koreans are feed lies about Kim Jong-il scoring 5 holes in one during his first round of golf, but we are feed distortions, I was tempted to say outright lies, about the American government also. I don't see most people's politics working over seas when the politics hardly work in the world's richest lands. Fuck oil, it's cheap and useless. Clean water is the number one resource on the planet and Canada should pimp that shit out. With Celine Dion dodging out of the country, it's time to make Canada into a super power.

Sell clean water, are you nuts? With all the polution out there, I'd rather we kept it till nobody else had any. THEN sell it at 10 times the going rate, plus a surcharge on all water being sold to first world countries who flatout should have known better in the first place. I'm looking at YOU Japan.

Actually, I'd rather see us exporting finished products more, and less raw materials. We're a net exporter (good) but we export mostly raw materials (bad).

The Fox guy did not develop that point well enough. He claimed the "gift argument" but provided no explicit warrants or supporting data. Try again Mr. Fox guy.

As for Crook... learn to address the claims of your opposition. His replies were on par with:

Fox guy - "you suck"
Crook - "i like pizza"

what

I totally agree. He lost professionalism with it. He could have really humiliated him if he developed his arguement a bit more and saved the hazing for later.

Crook is just an idiot though. You could tell that he came to the show completely unprepared and had nothing really that important to say. Hannity and Colmes both knew that he had nothing, so they grilled him for being an idiot and wasting their time.

He'll probably be dumb enough to go on the show again, given that he did it once on this level, lol.
