The infrastructures been there. It's called the Internet  With this bittorrent rip off and it's fancy schmancy content protection, downloading movies on the free may become a much harder thing to do because when this goes into service, the MPAA will probably began to hit P2P users, networks, and ISPs with a legal fury of suits and threats.
