Please take a look tell me what sucks, what you would do differently, what if anything looks good.

I'd also like to hear from anyone with a modem/dial up. How long does it take to load?

This is actually the first web work I've done without frontpage.

looks good dev, I liked your mortgage rate poster so I'm stealin it :-)

I don't know of any other bullshit to put on the site.

There are over 1000 other realtors in our market. What makes us any better than the rest of them? Probably nothing. We all sell houses. We all know our jobs well enough to pass a state exam. Advertising is such bullshit. How do you make 100 different bars of soap look different? I guess we could advertise that we kill bacteria and are packed fiull of tertar killing flouride.

2Xes site has a nice layout, but Dev's site is WAY too wide. WAY. Two 3rds of that width would be good. Kill the frames too

as I previously stated It was what she wanted. Precisely what she wanted. Besides already been paid for that job and her service contract has expired.

So what are you supposed to do Don't you have some snow to shovel or something?

Both of your guys sites are pretty good for newbie sites but what you really need is midi's and animated gifs. Nothing says professional like midis and animated gifs do.

And maybe some sort of rotating fire logo too.

Should I loose the FLASH text on top of the page or leave it? Do most people have flash on their computers these days? What % of people have high speed and what % are still dial up?

I put two weeks of work into the damn site and ended up using 5% of all the artwork I originally created...

Can some of you try out this form and tell me if it works for you? http://www.bwbeach.com/mlsframeset.htm
Put whatever bulshit you want into it and hit submit. Also try a quick tour of the Delaware MLS to see if it works for you.

Pretend that you are buying a 2 million dollar beach home... Search bethany beach or Rehoboth for the real spensive shit

If you like, I'd be happy to privde some code that would place headshots of many of the forum mebers on-screen that follow your mouse around. Perhaps I could even include a shot of Claire Danes?
