I'm in charge of this for a website and we're having no luck getting it installed on a Win2000 server.

I wanted to try what THIS BBS uses but can't find where to DL it

What did you think of the one on www.incognitox.com

VBulletin

And yes, It can be made to look much more professonal

hanks guys ... I checked 'em both. Incog's format is nice. I like it. The problem is neither of them are free. We got this here money problem. I'm sure my partners would op for making the free, open code phpBB2.0 work if at all possible before paying for one.

Yet another bulletin board Heck just do a google search for free bulletin boards. There are several.

If you're still looking around for one of these, I'd recommend Invision Board over any other free solution (and even over some paid solutions)

phpBB is just a nightmare to work with in my experience.

If money is no object the obvious choice is vBulletin
