How fitting. We don't have snow here (any accumulations that stuck around anyway) for like 4 years. Then we have a "Heritage Classic" outdoor hockey game where the entire world is GOING to be watching because of the likes of Gretzky, Messier, Fuhr, Lowe, Lafleur and a whole bunch of all time hockey greats. What happens? 3 days prior it snows a foot. Fitting. I would not have it any other way. This outdoor game was to celebrate in a nostalgic manner in which 99.9% of Canadians were taught how to skate and shoot a puck outdoors on a frozen pond surrounded by vast mounds of snow...and we have it again. I love it. Going to be an awesome weekend!!

Even though no matter what, the viewing vantage point will suck lol. Sometimes it pays to just watch from home...better view, cheaper (and less watered down) beer.
