And he's still standing by his statements. I think he's cut his political throat. Hopefully so.

That little weenie (from a back-water third world state) has been a dogmatic asshole since he first gazed into a TV camera.

The Dems deserve him ...

If Daschle, Chuckie Schumer and Hillary were all on the same TV show, I'd probably throw a brick through my picture tube.

He is such a f*cking back stabbing hippocrit. He is looking for a stray bullet. Why would someone say such nonsense, that is FACTUALLY wrong and not have a death wish?

He gave me a whole new reason to hate him.
Even Leberman agrees the President has done all that he can to avoid war.
The Demos are splitting. LOL Was a matter of time I guess.

He never said a word in 98 when Clinton was bombing Iraq in an attempt to divert attention from bills blow job sessions in the oval office. I'm so tired of all these liberals.

"I hope Saddam Hussein and those who are in control of the Iraqi government clearly understand the resolve and determination of this administration and this country. This may be a political year, . . . but on this issue there can be no disunity. There can be no lack of cohesion. We stand united, Republicans and Democrats, determined to send as clear a message with as clear a resolve as we can articulate: Saddam Hussein's actions will not be tolerated. His willingness to brutally attack Kurds in northern Iraq and abrogate U.N. resolutions is simply unacceptable. We intend to make that point clear with the use of force, with the use of legislative language, and with the use of other actions that the president and the Congress have at their disposal."

-Tom Daschle – September 1996

"Look, we have exhausted virtually our diplomatic effort to get the Iraqis to comply with their own agreements and with international law. Given that, what other option is there but to force them to do so? . . . The answer is, we don't have another option. We have got to force them to comply, and we are doing so militarily."

-Tom Daschle – February, 1998

C'mon D2, I need more than that. I am sure people are not getting all up in arms because a guy approached a podium and said, "I am a hypocrit". I honestly didn't hear what the guy has said and am interested to find out what has caused this outcry?
