Hardware: A+ Certified, HP Certified, good with PC's and decent with RISC/Alpha stuffOS's: MCP, CNE, Unix, Tandem Guardian, Banyan Vines, plus I fixed a DECNET machine one time. Software: I can do whatever needs done in Office, but I hate MS Access with a passion, along with VBA. Sucks micromonkey nuts. Give me Informix or Oracle on a Unix platform any day! I write code in Perl every day, shell scripting and a little "C" occasionally. I do a lot of vector based graphics, and can photoshop okay when I need to. Hardware:Not certified, but I can tear apart, put together and configure pretty much everything under the sun. Have worked as a network admin, so I've set up all sorts of network hardware, and spent quite a few hours pulling CAT5. I've put together ~150 PCs from parts. OS's: Have administered Netware, Banyan, NT and 2000 networks and servers. User experience with AIX, SUN, various miscellaneous flavor of UNIX & LINUX. Turned on a MAC once, I think. RDBMS's: Oracle (Certified DBA), SQL Server (Certified DBA), Informix, DB2, Sybase. Programming Languages: C, C++, VB, VB.Net, C#, PL-SQL, T-SQL Web Langauges: JavaScript, ASP, VBScript, HTML, PHP, PERL, CSS, CGI via C, other stuff I've forgotten Misc: Was big into mapping for Q2 & Q3A for awhile... too bad I have no artistic ability. Blatant Advertising: Go to www.serengetisw.com to download applications I have programmed [ 03-03-2003: Message edited by: Serengeti ]

Hardware - Enough to understand what every piece does, how it all works, what all the terms mean, how to troubleshoot, how to build and tear apart from scratch, basic electronics knowledge, etc.Software - Word, Access, Photoshop, C++, C, PBASIC (Robot Programming), some PERL, etc. on a scale from 1 to 10, with 10 being uber geek knowing everything, 1 being grandma computer user, I'd rate myself a 6 or so. I know enough to learn just about anything, and to accomplish all I want, but I also know there's a whole lot I don't know, but I know of the stuff I don't know, you know?
