Hi!

My nephew is doing an oral report on the Laviolette. The problem is he doesn't know how to say "Laviolette". Neither does anyone else in the family. Oh, and of course, it's due TOMORROW! Can anyone help us with this???

Hmmm, okay, his dad is a sports nut and knows nothing about cars... he is desperate enough to ask his aunt so that must tell you something!

Really feel bad for him but if he hadn't left it until the last minute there wouldn't be so much pressure...

I told him to say Lav-e-o-lay. I'm thinking there may not be too many grade 8's that would know how to say it properly anyway!

Do you want to say it in french or in english???

In french it would be:

La violette

ly-veol-etteu

That must be tough to say that in english...
