What's happening here ? Anybody seen OICU posting lately ?

To me, Blue was gettting a little boring. I still post/read for the gaming and cptr content, and Blue was getting away from that venue to a large degree. In that light I'll be happy to "come back" providing my interest is held.

So to some of my old friends and to some potential new ones ...What's new ?

Hey Lindi !!

Frankly, at the office we're getting addicted to MOHAA. At least until SOF2 comes out. Played the hell outta Serious Sam SE until it got old (about a week).

Set up a server for MOHAA here but noticed crappy ping (95 from 2 hops)to it. ISP told us they "prioritize ports" which slowed this down ... maybe I'll put it back up sometime.

In the meantime, do me a favor:

Ping 63.90.115.138 and report back what you're getting

Couldn't help myself.. :P From Montréal here's the result:

Pinging 63.90.115.138 with 32 bytes of data:

Reply from 63.90.115.138: bytes=32 time=114ms TTL=50
Reply from 63.90.115.138: bytes=32 time=100ms TTL=50
Reply from 63.90.115.138: bytes=32 time=103ms TTL=50
Reply from 63.90.115.138: bytes=32 time=108ms TTL=50

Ping statistics for 63.90.115.138:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 100ms, Maximum = 114ms, Average = 106ms

Mmmmm medal of honor: I didn't even finish the single player mission yet but I'm close.. yesterday my second cpu of my dual P3 has stopped working so I don't have my gaming deck anymore.. I'm back to my good old faithful laptop.

I've got 3 cpus beside me and none of them work... :P This make me crazy

Hell, I'd be glad to rip anyone a Q2 CD (with a second one with maps and mods) on request (for the cost on the disks and postage)...

I'ld be up for some Q2 when I can get away from the WIFE!!

I've just spent the last 2 hours cleaning my keyboard and it feels brand new. I guess that layer of pubic hair under the keys DID make a difference? Anyway, now that it's all clean and shit, it needs broken in!!! I hope I still have all my Q2 shit kicking around. It would be a pain in the arse to download it all again. Hold on, that was only a pain in the arse on 56K!! I'm in.

Ahhh, I remember the days of lithium, swinging up to some high, safe place, having a chat, shooting the shit, drinking beer and smoking butts. Life's pretty much the same. Anyone every played Q2 stoned b4? Surley. What's it like?

Based on what? Drugs may be bad, but alcool also. Everything can be bad and everything can be good for you, depend only on the quantity. Water may be good for the body, but drink 20 gallons and you'll die from drinking too much water.

Drugs can also give a new way to see life as it's not always what it is we think of it. Or it can also destroy your life, but actually is it trully drugs who destroy a life or the person who choose to take drugs? Do we make the drugs responsible for killing somebody with an overdose or was it simply that the person was too stupid to make a good jugement about drugs itself? Is it the gun who kill or the person who fired with it?

Throw it out by the windows!

I've got the microsoft optical mouse 5 buttons and it's working correctly with Quake 3. But I won't recommend the wireless optical, it take too much batteries and it's not enough precise... to frag that is... and to work with photoshop

I have a Logitech dual optical. I prefer it, not because of the "precision" but it fits my hand better and seems heavier.
