Lets get some replies going here, by playing the number game. Heres how it works... I saw a number, next person doubles it. The next person after that, doubles that number, and so on. Example: 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, etc...
Lets see how high we can get. You may NOT post more than one answer in a row. You have to wait until someone else posts an answer before you can do another one. Go at it!

two fifty six
(this isn't very hard, I've calculated powers of two to the billions in my head before. Powers of three are trickier.)

Sixty-five thousand, five hundred and thirty-six.

(My first time at an Australian school, my teacher bitched at me for not using the word 'and' when saying numbers out loud.)

Red~ That's odd, here we're taught not to say and unless there's a decimal place (thirty six and two tenths)
twenty six twenty one fourty four

(Well what can I say? That same teacher told us that a circle had two sides - an inside and an outside. But the same didn't apply for any other shape. I think she's dead now.)

Five hundred and twenty four thousand, two hundred and eighty eight.

two million ninety-seven thousand one-hundred fifty-two.

Redlemons, It's actually incorrect to say "and" UNLESS you have a decimal place.
For instance: 101.73 is said: one hundred one and seventy-three hundredths.

Hey guys, it's really easy to screw you up huh? It's not because and error is made that you should propagate it

two million ninety-seven thousand one-hundred fifty-two. That one is good

times two =
four-million one-hundred ninety-four-thousand three hundred four.

times two =
eight million three hundred eighty eight-thousand six hundred eight.

Never used a calculator guys? No actually, me I didn't use one either, I simply know that mine is 2^24 and 2^24 is the magical number of colors that are used as reference on my screen as I write this. So if I don't get my precise number, which I knew as good, well, something was bound to smell fishy somewhere.

So mine is:

sixteen million seven hundred seventy-seven thousand two hundred sixteen
