"open your talons girl...and slash my wrist and then his...bind us together with a swatch of my cloak...and then you must hunt, because we shall be weak, near death when we awake...we will need blood to replenish our strength...do this and it will be complete, Redlemons will join us"

*choosing instead with fangs... biting through the strange translucent skin of Druidae and Red's live flesh... ripping a piece of Druidae's cloak with the graceful wolf-like claws... a strange glow seems to infuse the torn piece of cloak as the wrists are bounded together*

*whispering* "I will be swift"

*Disappearing swiftly and softly into the night... a nameless newbie is caught and easily overpowered, the vampiric strength too great*

*Appears almost magically to Druidae and Red with the poor defenceless newbie*

spreading her massive wings she soars upwards...catching Redlemons in the air...she holds him, and utters the words...*

*Druidae awakens herself by her own screaming...as her wrist bursts into flames, bound with Redlemons'...tearing the ruined bit of fabric from her wrist...she falls backwards, into Wolfie's arms, weak, barely able to speak*

Ah, Druidae, it HAS been a long time my dear. Thou didst not vanquish me at all. . . I can take many forms and am able to visit my victims without leaving my chosen resting place. What thou hast defeated was merely a shadow, and in truth my mind's shadow is not as powerful as I am in the flesh. Though I will admit to underestimating thine abilities.

I no longer go by Cain, that is a name from a time, and a life, which have no more meaning for me. As my brother Able found out, I am not one to be trifled with. Were thou to drink from mine veins, thou would suffer a fate worse than the true death. I do not wish to fight you this night, nor any other. I merely wish to greet you and welcome you back to the night.
