We were having a war? Wish I knew about it.

It's like the plot of ID4... except the US has to fight off the chinese.

We're canadian, so we dont have anything to worry about. We have no role in the plot

Broch~ Soon becoming Canada and the US are discussion the possibility of taking down the border. It'll still be there on maps and all, but it'll just be like state lines instead of country lines. There's also talks of Canada adopting the US Dollar if they can't raise their dollar up.

Where do I find such info?
I will help destrpy these borders
/me takes bottles of molson and budweiser and trys to make them mate in some unholy manner.
but seriously that would be cool if borders went away and we took on yankee green

however, I dont see it happening.

well....all in all, I believe we should get rid of the monarchy, I would miss the coloured money (makes denominations easier to distinguish....plus it is prettier ). Ultimately, the border along the 49th is pointless. First off it is so damn big, that there is so much illegal crossing going on through gravel roads, fields etc....so it is redundant anyway. And it is not like we are ever truly in danger of any formal dispute...so, the border is pointless. As for the American dollar being adopted, the only thing that would bother me is that is the one thing that distinguishes us...the loonie, the toonie...the red, green, blue, brown and purple bills....and now the new tens that look like gift certificates (when they first came out I went to a bank machine to grab $40 and got 4 of those 10's I freaked out....i thought that they WERE gift certificates....I was ready to storm into the bank and bitch )
