Pascal sucks ass. . . I hate Pascal. DON'T EVER USE PASCAL. I WANT IT TO DIE!!!! Okay, my rant's over. I really don't like Pascal. . .but that may have something to do with having to learn it in school. . . on a Mac no less. -------------------- “I have noticed even people who claim everything is predestined, and that we can do nothing to change it, look before they cross the road.” “Intelligence is the ability to adapt to change.” --Dr. Stephen Hawking.

Why not, Scoob? It can easily open ports and listen on each machine, draw windows on whatever OS you are using, etc. etc.The beauty of it is, all of the code has been pre-written for you, with the exception of you building the main logic loop, which ties all the subs together, telling them what you want them to do. I am constantly writing new code for my company, parsing files, writing file watchers that kick off other PERL scripts to parse out a file when a new one is found and loading the data to a database. I have also written an X-terminal to X-terminal chat proggie with widgets and everything, ala ICQ.... O -------------------- ============== vidi vici veni
