my face and back, got red, back irritated for 2 days. 1 layer of skin on my face (forhead and nose especially) got peeled. no i got a FResh new face hehe. my back looks like crap with half tanned, half new skin, half peeling skin. it's itching a lot, and i'm shedding like mad. but it looks cool when you look at it. next time i'll learn to apply sunscreen.

Poor TK....believing he is right when he is wrong. Through synthesis the sun isasource of Vitamin D.

Vitamin A is available from dark green and deep orange vegetables and fruits (e.g. carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach), liver, fortified milk and cheese
