Get this damn error! - Quake2

GLimp_EndFrame() - SwapBuffers() failed!

When trying to run in OpenGL, This was working fine the other day. In fact no OpenGL
game will run. Any ideas? I got this error
once before on another machine but can't
remember how I fixed it.

By the way I am using Win2K.
Hercules Dynamite TNT, Detonator 5.22 drivers

What the hell happened. I didn't touch this machine. Ugh.
