I walked around a local park yesterday to take some pics. Its really a lot nicer down there in the summer when the trees have leaves and the water is warmer, but I didn't want to wait, and got some good practice in.

I am very much a photo n00b, so feel free to critique and make suggestions on how to improve. I'm still learning my camera too (Olympus C5000)

1 thing you should go get is a tripod. You don't need anything really impressive, just a decent one. Then go back and try taking some slow shutter shots of the water.

Other than that. They're pretty good.

It's interesting to see nature in it's slendor even when it has anti-lock brakes.
