Author Topic: seriuous problems pointrelease 1.30 Bert Visor Member # 2571 Rate Member posted 10-07-2001 07:52 AM                   Hi there So finally after all my hesitation i was willing to instal the PR1.30. I have been running wit PR1.17 without any problems but there where some new maps I could not play and I like zo do so... OK.. So ik installed 1.30 and everything looked OK BUT!!! when I started playing..I got the startup screen with the menu but it looked strange! Ot was a kind of green with some moving objects (part op animated text) on top and the menu items. I thougt it was not great, but when I started a game is jumped back right to the gamestart menu!mad: This happened on both my PC's The only cure was re-install the original quake What did I doe wrong??
