Check your bios, for CPU multiply settings and all that shit. Then, take out your sound card, and turn on the PC and test it. Then, if that doesn't work, pull out the netcard and put the sound card back in and test it. This is a little process, I like to call KISS. (keep it simple stupid) I hope that my ramblings have aided you in some way. Parsout
