What kinda demos are you looking for? Do you wan't demos showing the basic (and also more advanced) techniques... or demos of proplayers in matches.

Make sure that any demos you get match the version you're patched to or you may not be able to watch them. Also, if you get a demo of a match that's been made on an OSP server you'll probably have to install OSP or you might not see the opponent.
