Hahahah thx! Tech support for private companies.. answer question about computer related stuff, not the best job but waaaaaay much relax than the one I had before. Got some free time during the day that let me surf the web a little bit.

Yes, yes, I know what you are talking about. I do exactly the same, is boring sometimes but is absolutely relaxing the most of the time.
Yeah customer services is the pain in the ass of the new millenium. People are getting more dependant of services and got more trouble looking for the answer by themselves. Easier for them to simply call and ask the question than to look the answer on the web. But eh, I get paid to answer these "stupid" question, so I guess I shouldn't complain too much!
