I was making my map and it was loading perfectly. After I made my second room, the map would kick me back to the main menu after loading the players and items as if I didn't enter sv_pure 0. Is there something in my map that is causing this? Can this be fixed? Help would be much appreciated.

Hmmm. . . not much experience with map building. . . but have you made sure that you put in a primary spawn point. Also check to see if you've got any brushes that may be unusually big?

The spawn point thing comes to mind, but if it worked with the first room...

Hmmm.... I dunno if this will help... but i remember in Quake2 when i used to edit levels if the room wasn't joined correctly it would crash the game or it would start but in a full black room. I remember that being the reason why i never made maps for Quake. To complicated and buggy. : )

Damn right HAL9k made maps. . . hell he help make RA2 and RA3. . . and it got him a job at EA.
