I have a Dell p3 500 with 256 ram. I am running version 1.27g. I have two network cards installed in this computer for my home network and internet connection sharing is running on this machine. I have to hit the reset button every time I try to go into the multiplayer section. The single player game works fine and yes I have a legal copy of the game. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Most of the time when someone has this problem it's due to Zone Alarm or some other firewall running. Might not be that in your case but thought I would mention it.

Speaking of ZA theres a new alternative available. Works very much like ZA, i.e. just as easy.

It's Sygate Personal Firewall.

Yep, I've been using Sygate off and on for awhile now. I switch between it and ConSeal. Sygate works as well as ZA with about the same interface.

Zone Alarm was the culprit. Thank you very much.

The way to fix that is to be online when you click on multiplayer beacuse that happens to me as well!
