Stuck on the connecting to server page with "No challenge for address" message

when/why does this happen ?

Usually happens when the server is not the same version as your client the current is 1.17 or could also happen when there's no server answering that IP address and that port make sure you have the right IP and the :27961 or :27960 is very important
